We build all of our structures onsite at your property. This ensures a precise fit, avoids delivery limitations, and allows us to customize the build to your space and needs.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Emmett, Idaho, and serve the surrounding Treasure Valley and beyond—including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Caldwell, Nampa, Middleton, Payette, Fruitland, Emmett, and other nearby rural communities. If you’re outside these areas, just ask—travel is often available.

If you don’t have an existing concrete slab, we typically use a post and pier foundation. It’s strong, level, long-lasting, and ideal for Idaho’s soil conditions. If you do have a concrete pad, we can build directly on it.

How long does a build take?

Most sheds and chicken coops can be completed in 3-5 days depending on size and complexity. Larger livestock shelters or custom builds may take longer—we’ll provide a clear timeline before any project begins.

Do you offer custom sizes and features?

Absolutely. All of our structures are 100% customizable. You can choose layout, dimensions, doors, windows, roofing, overhangs, interiors, and more. If you can imagine it, we can build it.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, most projects require a deposit to secure materials and a spot on our schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Can you match existing structures on my property?

Yes. We can match roof pitch, siding style, trim colors, doors, and overall aesthetics to blend seamlessly with your home or other buildings.
